Join us for a mind/body/spirit overnight healing experience in the hills of Añasco, Puerto Rico. The frequency healing experience focuses on slowing down, resting, and reflecting on how we can heal from within.

2 pm - Snacks, social time, and juices by the pool

3:30 pm - Breathwork (pranayama) by the pool to center the mind, body, and spirit

5 pm - Release yoga flow followed by reflection journaling while watching the sunset

7 pm - Dinner

8:30 pm - Immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, the gong, tuning forks, chanting, chimes, and other various instruments

11 am - Chakra cleansing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, the gong, tuning forks, chanting, chimes, and other various instruments
